These terms cover the website only. Use of the Pixen application is governed by the agreement between iWisdom and your organisation.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its forms for their stated purpose: requesting a demo, the TPP template or the newsletter. You must not:

• submit false information, or another person's details without their permission;
• use automated means to submit forms, scrape content or probe the website;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the website, its servers or its database that is not made available to you;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation;
• use the website in any way that breaks the law.

We may suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

Illustrative data and no advice

The figures, product screens, company names and asset names shown on this website are illustrative. They do not describe any real customer, asset, transaction or result. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, regulatory or medical advice, and you should not rely on it when making a decision. Pixen is a tool that supports your organisation's own analysis and judgement; it does not replace them.

Information on the website

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that its content is complete, accurate or current, and we may change it at any time. Descriptions of the Pixen product are summaries; the features available to your organisation are those set out in its agreement with iWisdom.

The website and everything on it, including text, images, illustrations, product screens, the TPP template, code and design, belong to iWisdom Business Partners Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Pixen" and the Pixen logo are trade marks of iWisdom Business Partners Ltd.

You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own or your organisation's internal use, keeping all copyright notices. The TPP template may be used within your organisation for its own work. You may not otherwise copy, publish, sell or adapt any part of the website without our written permission.

The ISO 27001 certification mark is used under licence from Alcumus ISOQAR. Microsoft and Azure are trade marks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other names may be trade marks of their owners.

Links to other websites

The website links to websites we do not control, including iwisdom.com. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. You may link to our home page in a fair and legal way that does not suggest any association or approval, but not by framing it inside another site.
