Decide with confidence

Decide with confidence, together

One governed case for each asset, signed by clinical and commercial alike. Drug development decision making that is done once, stays done, and can be explained years later.

01

One profile everyone signs.

A structured target product profile with Minimum, Base and Upside and a confidence level on every endpoint replaces the deck that nobody fully owns.

02

Sign-off without e-mail chains.

An approver for every asset, formal approval, versions and one-click notifications to the functions that need to weigh in. Stage gates stop being re-litigated.

03

Decisions that outlast the people who made them.

Every version, file and change is kept with the decision it supports, and calculations lock after approval. Why it was decided, on what evidence, and by whom.

  • A. Moreau updated efficacy endpoint (Base 70% → 75%)
  • J. Okafor attached Phase II interim summary to V.5
  • L. Brandt requested approval from Clinical and Commercial
  • S. Tanaka approved V.5 · calculations locked

Keep the model in-house and live. Update it when the evidence moves, without a new consulting engagement or an enterprise data project.

FAQ

Questions about governance

How do approvals and versions work?

Each asset has an approver. The team requests approval, the case is marked Approved, and further changes start a new version. Every version is kept.

Who can edit what?

Access is role-based: owners, contributors and module owners, organised into functional teams.

What happens to a model after sign-off?

Calculations lock after approval, and countries can be locked individually. The activity log keeps the full history.

How do we bring consultants in?

Consultants can work inside Pixen alongside your team, so their work stays with you and every assumption keeps its source.
